Return & Refund Policy – UMAKK

At UMAKK, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

·        The product received is damaged

·        The product received is defective

·        The product received is incorrect

To be eligible for a return:

·        You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

·        The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

·        Original invoice or proof of purchase is required

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

·        Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

·        Items returned after 48 hours of delivery

·        Products without original packaging or tags

·        Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1.     Email us at umakofficial10@gmail.com with:

o   Order ID

o   Reason for return

o   Clear photos or videos (mandatory for damaged/incorrect items)

2.     Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days

3.     Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

·        After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

·        If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method:

·        Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method

·        Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or UPI (details will be requested)

5. Shipping Costs

·        Return shipping costs will be borne by UMAKK only if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

·        In all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.

6. Cancellation Policy

·        Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

·        Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

·        Check your bank account again

·        Contact your bank or payment provider
