  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Locations

  • Currently, we ship across India only.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Any ongoing free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or product page.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 3โ€“5 business days
  • Non-metro / rural areas: 5โ€“8 business days
    Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier partner, location, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking details.

6. Delays & Exceptions

  • UMAKK is not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address details
    • Courier partner issues
    • Natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions
  • If a shipment is returned to us due to address issues or unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
  • If your shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
